Hiring Junior Talent in Family Offices

A lot of the focus on family office recruitment goes into C-suite and high-level roles, and for good reason: these critical positions help shape the future for any family office.

But as family offices continue to grow in numbers, there is a growing need for more entry and junior level roles to support executive teams.

Recruitment specialists Agreus noted that 44% of family office roles they helped fill in 2024 were non-executive.

Hiring for junior roles can be a faster process, but one core requirement for any family office hire still remains, the need to be a suitable culture fit.

Outside of that, there are best practices any family office can follow when searching for candidates to fill junior positions.

The team at Agreus recently shared a detailed outline that makes for a practical reference.
